Elena Reyes, is a graduate of the elite Westmore Academy of Cosmetic Arts in Hollywood, California. Aside from specializing in medical esthetics, she is a trained and certified professional makeup artist.  She had the opportunity of being personally trained by the best makeup artists in the industry, as well as receiving personalized training from Marvin Westmore.  The Westmore's not only created, but they defined the role of makeup artistry in Motion Pictures and Television, and recieved a star on the Hollywood walk of fame. Elena utilizes the Westmore method techniques.  The Makeup Boutique specializes in many areas:

Elena continues to work for several theatre companies in Eastern Washington and continues to volunteer her makeup artistry skills at the World Burn Congress.  Alicia Barrera is a certified Permanent Makeup artist and also a freelance makeup artist.  She has a broad background in dermatology and is an eyelash extension specialist.  Both "twin sisters" are also registered surgical technologists as well as licensed medical estheticians which means that you will always be in a healthy, clean environment.  Elena recently presented Airbrush Makeup techniques at the National Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialist meeting in D.C. The Makeup Boutique invites you to come and enjoy textures, colors and the professionalism that two trained artists have developed over 16 years.

The Makeup Boutique specializes in eyelash extensions, individual lashes and strip lashes.  The Boutique carries a variety of lashes that may be purchased.  A complimentary lesson and application is included with purchase.  Lashes ranging from soft and natural to wild and dramatic.  This is truly an eye opening experience!!!

           Professional Photos/Senior Portraits/Head Shots-Starts at $75 & up

Maybe it's time for a family portrait and you want to look natural, polished,  and confident.  The Makeup Boutique can give you the touches to make your features stand out, not fade into the background. Includes full makeup  application plus two lip and eye color changes to compliment clothing changes.

           Teens/Queens/Glammin Princess Party-Starts at $150

This is great for birthdays or a night of beauty with your best friends. You will learn fun tips and tricks on makeup application according to age and style.  Cutting edge makeup artist techniques will be demonstrated so that every one can watch and learn. A spa party can also be incorporated as well. The larger the group the better the rate. 

           Professional Make-Up Lessons-$70

You will be introduced to the latest  makeup trends and how to enhance your natural features. You will learn correct color choices, application, and correct use of your makeup tools. From basic to dramatic. Contouring and highlighting.  You will look and feel like a beauty goddess.

           AirBrush Makeup Application-Starts at $75 &up

Elena is certified in the art of airbrush makeup application.  She suggests airbrushed make-up application for any special occasion, especially on the day of your wedding.  It's guaranteed to last all day long and give you a flawless natural look. 

         Face & Body Painting-Starts at $150 & up

Elena offers an artistic unique personalized service providing artistic facial and body designs and painting for special events, holidays, or for your photo shoot. She has specialized training and experience, and an ongoing portfolio of her work. It is also her creative outlet creating a work of art on the face and body. If you have something in mind Elena is open to making your vision a reality with makeup. 

      Custom Blended Mineral Makeup Session-

Elena offers a unique personalized service. She offers customized mineral cosmetics that are blended according to your skin tone. Mineral makeup is the new age makeup and perfect for all skin types. Minerals also feel like you are not wearing  makeup and give a flawless finish. The minerals are customized to match your skin tone and are then personalized based on your personal preference. Elena can also customize whether you prefer sheer or full coverage or matte or a dewy finish. Her minerals also contain a natural SPF.
